Zee Tech Foundation has officially kicked off its highly anticipated 6-Week Digital Literacy Bootcamp, designed specifically for teenagers in underserved rural communities.
The program is aimed at bridging the digital gap by providing young people with foundational and intermediate technology skills.
During the bootcamp, participants will be exposed to:
Basic computer operations
Online research and digital communication
Internet safety and responsible digital behavior
Introduction to coding and problem-solving
Hands-on project-based learning
The first batch includes over 120 registered participants across different communities. Many are accessing computers for the first time, making the program a vital step toward digital inclusion.
The Foundation’s Executive Director expressed excitement about the impact, stating that this initiative “will open new doors of opportunity for rural youths who have been left behind in the digital age.”
The bootcamp will run throughout the year with additional intakes planned.
